I.Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, accessing or using any service provided by IPTV Malta ("the House", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not use the service.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IPTV Malta and supersede any prior understanding relating to the subject matter herein.

II.The Service

IPTV Malta provides access to live television channels and on-demand media content delivered over the internet. Access is granted by means of private credentials issued upon subscription or trial.

Channel line-ups, content libraries and features may change from time to time without prior notice as our providers and licences evolve. We strive to maintain the catalogue described across our website but do not warrant the perpetual availability of any specific channel or title.

III.Accounts & Credentials

Your credentials are personal to you and your household. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity conducted under your account.

  • You must not share, resell or publicly distribute your credentials.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We may suspend accounts showing signs of credential sharing beyond the permitted connections.

IV.Subscriptions & Payment

Subscriptions are offered as fixed-term plans of one, three, six or twelve months. Plans do not renew automatically. Prices are stated in euro and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

Access is activated upon receipt of payment. By purchasing, you authorise us or our payment processors to charge the stated amount for the chosen plan.

V.Free Trial

We may offer a complimentary trial of limited duration. Trials are provided as a courtesy, may be limited to one per household, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion. No payment instrument is required to obtain a trial.

VI.Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes within your own household.

  • You must not record, redistribute, rebroadcast or commercially exploit any content.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent technical protections or access controls.
  • You must not use the service in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

VII.Service Availability

We commit to high availability and engineer our infrastructure toward a 99.9% uptime target. Nevertheless, the service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

VIII.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV Malta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription giving rise to the claim.

IX.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund where these terms are breached. You may cease using the service at any time; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

X.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, without prejudice to your mandatory rights as a consumer.

XI.Contact
