VI.How long does setup take?

Typically under five minutes. After payment you receive your credentials by email along with simple, step-by-step guides for every major device and IPTV player. Our support court is available should you wish to be walked through it.
VII.What internet speed do I need?

We recommend at least 25 Mbps for comfortable 4K streaming and 10 Mbps for Full HD. Any standard fibre or 4G/5G connection in Malta — or anywhere in Europe — is more than sufficient.
VIII.Can I use the same subscription on several devices?

You may install it on as many devices as you like. Simultaneous streaming depends on your rank: standard plans include one concurrent connection, while The Grand Master includes two. Additional connections can be arranged on request.

XIV.Can I change my plan mid-term?

Certainly. You may ascend to a higher rank at any time and we will credit the unused remainder of your current plan against the new one. Write to support and it is arranged within the day.
XV.Is my privacy protected?
