Terms of Service

Last updated: May 16, 2026

1. The agreement you are entering

These terms are the agreement between you and Malta IPTV. You accept them when you place an order, start a trial, or use an account we have issued — whichever happens first. If any clause below is one you are not willing to be bound by, the right moment to walk away is before you subscribe, not after. We will post a revised version here if these terms change; continuing to use the service after that is how acceptance of the revision is expressed.

2. What the subscription gives you

A subscription is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access live channels and on-demand content through the credentials we issue, for the period you paid for and on the number of simultaneous connections your plan allows. It is a licence to view, not a transfer of ownership in anything you watch. Nothing in the subscription grants you a right to copy, record for redistribution, rebroadcast or publicly screen the content.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be 18 or older to hold a subscription.
  • The details you give at checkout must be accurate — a wrong email address is the single most common reason a subscription cannot be delivered.
  • Your credentials are yours to protect. Anything done through them is treated as done by you.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your line has been taken or shared without your knowledge, so we can reissue it.

4. Connections, sharing and resale

Your plan states how many devices may stream at the same time, and that figure is the limit. Using the line beyond your own household, passing credentials to people outside it, or running them from multiple unrelated locations at once is a breach of these terms and is detectable from connection records. Reselling, sub-licensing or bundling the service into an offer of your own requires our written agreement first; we operate a separate reseller programme for exactly that purpose.

5. Payment, renewal and price

You pay for the plan and duration selected at checkout, at the price shown at that moment. Prices are quoted in USD unless the checkout states otherwise; the amount your bank or wallet finally debits may differ slightly through conversion or their own fees, which are between you and them.

A subscription runs for its stated term and does not roll over silently. Where a renewal is arranged, it is charged at the price current on the renewal date, not the price you first paid, and we will make any change to your rate visible before it applies rather than after.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In short: the guarantee is for customers who bought without trialling first, the window depends on the plan, and a qualifying refund requires a fault on our side rather than a change of mind. Taking a trial before subscribing ends the guarantee on every plan. Where the two documents appear to disagree, the Refund Policy is the one that governs.

None of this displaces rights you hold under the consumer law of your own country. If a mandatory right applies to your purchase, that right stands regardless of what this policy says.

7. Use that is not permitted

  • Any use that is unlawful where you are, or that facilitates unlawful use by someone else.
  • Circumventing, probing or interfering with access controls, content protection or the servers that carry the service.
  • Automated harvesting, scraping, mirroring or re-streaming of any part of the content or the site.
  • Introducing malicious code, or any action intended to degrade the service for other subscribers.
  • Presenting yourself as an agent, partner or authorised seller of Malta IPTV when you are not.

8. Availability, and what we do not promise

We build for continuity — multiple servers, host switching, and monitoring — and we work to keep interruptions rare and short. We do not promise an unbroken signal, because a material part of the chain is outside our hands: your internet line, your device and player, your provider's routing, and the upstream broadcasters themselves.

Channel lineups and on-demand catalogues change. Content is added, and content is withdrawn by the parties that supply it, sometimes without notice to us. A lineup shown on this site describes what is carried at the time of writing and is not a guarantee that a named channel will remain for the length of your subscription. Where a channel you actively watched disappears and we can neither restore it nor offer a comparable substitute, the Refund Policy sets out what follows.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — most often for credential sharing beyond the plan, unauthorised resale, or attempts to interfere with the platform. Where the circumstances allow it we will warn you first and give you the chance to put it right. Where the breach is deliberate or repeated, access ends immediately and the remaining term is forfeited without refund.

You may stop using the service at any time. Ending your use part-way through a paid term does not by itself create a right to money back; that question is answered by the Refund Policy.

10. Liability

Our responsibility to you is bounded by what you paid: in any claim arising from this agreement, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — missed events, lost time, or knock-on costs — nor for interruptions caused by your connection, your equipment, your provider, or a decision taken by a content owner upstream.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Interpretation and contact

If a single clause of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it for the next. These terms, together with the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the whole of the agreement between us.
