Refund Policy

Last updated: May 16, 2026

priority_highTwo conditions decide almost every case

  • Trial first, then subscribe, and the guarantee is spent. That holds on every plan without exception. The whole purpose of a trial is to let you decide before any money moves; once you have used one, the decision has been taken with the evidence in front of you.
  • Something has to be wrong on our end. A refund answers a broken service, not second thoughts. Section 3 sets out every fault that counts, and that list is closed — if what happened to you is not described there, it is not a refund case.

1. Who this covers

This guarantee exists for one person: the customer who paid without sampling the service beforehand and then ran into one of the faults in section 3. It protects you against having bought something that does not function. It is not a trial period that can be claimed retrospectively once you have already watched.

Any trial taken before subscribing — free or paid, however brief — removes the guarantee from your purchase on every plan. We would genuinely rather you trialled Malta IPTV and bought knowing exactly what you were getting. That is the entire reason the trial is offered.

2. The window, by plan

Each plan carries its own window, and the clock starts when your subscription is actually delivered rather than when you paid. A line that took a few hours to activate has therefore lost none of its window to the wait. After the window closes the answer is no, whatever the circumstances.

PlanRefund windowCosts deducted
1 Month24 hoursMay be deducted
3 Months1 dayNo
6 Months3 daysMay be deducted
12 Months7 daysMay be deducted

On the plans marked as deductible, two costs may come off the amount returned: the credit already spent provisioning your account, and the processing fee the payment provider keeps even when a payment is reversed. Neither comes back to us, which is why neither can be handed back to you. You will see the exact figure in writing before we return anything.

3. The faults that count

Below is the complete list — there is no unwritten sixth case. Two conditions attach to all of them: report it inside your window, and give support a chance to repair it first. In practice the large majority are cleared the same day someone tells us.

Nothing plays at all

The line reached you but will not authenticate, or it authenticates and no channel opens on any player or device you have tried.

Repeated dropouts that are ours, not yours

Playback breaks or stalls repeatedly across several days running, and the cause sits on our servers rather than in your connection or your hardware. An isolated glitch, or a short announced maintenance window, is not this.

Channels you were watching are gone for good

Channels you had been using regularly have dropped out of the lineup, and we can neither recover them nor put something equivalent in their place.

The line stays dead even through a VPN

Routing through a VPN makes no difference and the playlist still refuses to load, which rules out interference by your own network as the explanation.

Your ISP blocks every host we can offer

Your internet provider blocks us, and the block survives being moved onto a different host. Where a host change does fix it, that is the remedy - the subscription works, so there is nothing to refund.

4. Where the answer is no

These situations do not produce a refund:

  • A free or paid trial was taken at any point before the subscription was bought
  • Second thoughts, or the wrong plan chosen at checkout
  • No reason offered, or one we have no means of checking
  • A fault in your own line, device, player or ISP that moving hosts resolves
  • A preference to switch to another plan, or to another provider
  • An account closed or suspended for breaching the Terms of Service
  • A renewal of a subscription that was already in use

Where the account of events turns out to be fabricated, or rests on claims we have no way to check, the request is declined — and a deliberate fabrication can cost the account itself, with nothing returned.

5. Making the request

Email under the subject line "Refund Request — maltaiptv.store". Four things need to be in it:

  • The email the subscription is registered to, together with your order ID
  • Which of the section 3 faults applies to you
  • The troubleshooting you have already done — which players and devices, and whether a VPN was tested
  • A short recording or photo of the failure, if the fault is one that can be captured

We cannot assess an incomplete request, so it waits until the missing detail arrives — and the window keeps running while it waits. Sending everything at once is genuinely in your interest.

6. Our reply, and the money

You will have a decision within 24 to 48 hours. On an approved request the funds are sent back within 5 to 10 business days, minus any deduction described in section 2. When the money lands in your account after that is a matter for your bank or payment provider, and outside our control.

Approval closes the subscription there and then. The account stops working at the same moment and cannot be brought back afterwards, so a refund is a final step rather than a pause.

7. Chargebacks

Going to your bank before speaking to us suspends the account at once, permanently. We retain delivery, activation and access logs for every subscription and will submit them to the payment provider when a claim is opened.

Speak to support first. The overwhelming majority of what people escalate to a chargeback is something we could have fixed within the hour — and once a chargeback is filed, that route closes for both of us.

8. Statutory rights

This policy sets out what Malta IPTV offers voluntarily. It does not, and cannot, displace rights granted to you by the consumer law that applies where you live. If a mandatory statutory right covers your purchase, that right stands on its own terms regardless of anything written above.

9. Still unclear?

Ask before you buy rather than afterwards — a question costs you a minute, and it is the cheapest moment to get an answer. Write to and you will get a straight one.
